  • A What You See Is What You Need interface
  • Multiple document interface, easily opens 500+ documents (tested >10000 documents simultaneously)
  • Project support, enables you to work efficiently on multiple projects, and automatically restores settings for each project.
  • Multi-threaded support for remote files using gvfs (depending on your gvfs setup, you’ll have FTP, SFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, WebDAV, CIFS and more). 1

New Alternative to IPad – Dell Streak

Author admin    Category Flash, Tech News     Tags

If you are not an Apple Fanboy, you might want to consider an alternative to Apple ipad. Dell has made its entry into the tablet market official today and we can now expect to see the 3G enabled smartphone and tablet in the UK as early as June and later this summer in the US.

The Dell Streak runs a customized version of Google’s Android mobile operating system, allowing multitouch gestures and adding “Dell user interface enhancements.” It also has access to the nearly 40,000 applications on the Android Marketplace, Microsoft Exchange connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation with Google Maps, and support for Google Voice.

eCart – Powerful Open Source Ecommerce Platform

One of the great features about eCart is the Social Shopping feature we are working at.  Social Shopping is a hybrid of traditional shopping and e-commerce where customers shop in a social networking environment benefiting from other customer reviews.

Another innovative feature is the ability to create Categories Filters. These filters allow customers to drill down to exactly what they want to purchase. Filtering can be used for different fields including brands, manufacturers and sizes. The filters work by letting the user choose from a drop down box to filter the products that are displayed.

Google TV

Author admin    Category Google, Tech News     Tags

We’ve been curious about the Google TV initiative  since hearing about the search giant’s foray into set-top box land, and although scant few details have emerged since then we can now look forward to a full reveal at next month’s I/O Developer Conference.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Google (Google) will unveil the Android (Android)-based television platform at its annual developer event in San Francisco on May 19 and 20.

With Google entering the TV media, i wouldn’t be surprised to see we can actually post our Google ads onto TV network.
